He climbed on to the roof to clean the vent of which had the bulk of the lint. This is the 3rd time I used their services. They are fairly priced and do a great job!!

Used them 16months ago service was great. Used them recently not so great. The dryer vent came loose 2 days after they worked on it and they don't respond to calls or messages or e mails. Won't be using them again due to the lack of ability to make contact with them. Update don't be fooled by company response to me they still haven't done anything nor reached out to make things right.

I had a great experience. From the beginning of the process, the communicated, dates, expected arrival times, etc, incredibly well.
The tech, Romero, was polite, clean, articulate, and knowledgeable. Here is what he did: Put on slip-on shoe covers to protect the floors; great with my dogs; patient while I asked a few questions; cleaned up the lint filter including the top of my dryer, back of dryer, floor, and inside vent, roof vent, etc; MOST IMPORTANT, when complete, Romero showed me before and after pictures of every step (including the roof vent cleaning and air flow).
I'm a single guy with 2 dogs and the last time I cleaned the vent was 3 yrs ago, I should have done a year or so sooner - that may help determine how often you need to have it done. Those with a family or do more than 1-load/wk, may want to keep closer to the recommended 1x/yr AND use this company.
It is rare you can find small companies you can trust.
